2BV water-ring vacuum pumps are new economic products developed jointly by our company and other scientific research institution and, with its excellent performances and numerous merits, could replace equi...2BV water-ring vacuum pumps are new economic products developed jointly by our company and other scientific research institution and, with its excellent performances and numerous merits, could replace equivalent SK and 2SK water-ring vacuum pumps as well as W, WY and WL reciprocating vacuum pumps.
2BV water-ring vacuum pumps are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry etc. In respect of its isothermal air compression, there are fewer explosive risks when compressing and pumping flammable and explosive gases, so it is more preferred.
Structure and Characteristics
1.Direct-link of machine and pump, less space, easy installation.
2.Standard configuration of mechanical seal avoiding leak, easy maintenance.
3.Stable running, low noise = 62dB.
4.Unique flexible vent hole avoiding over-compression and ensuring optimum efficiency within working range.
5.All 2BV products are equipped with cavitation protection pipe joint which can be opened under ultimate pressure to ensure air suction, eliminate cavitation noise and protect the pump to the most extent.
6.All parts and components are precisely machined by CNC lathes and equipped with nationwide high-quality mechanical seals.

Note: The performance curve is under the following conditions: suction medium of saturated air at 20℃, temperature of working fluid at 15℃, displacement pressure of 1013mbar. The allowable variance of performance is ±10%. The left side of the picture shows the performance curve of air ejector pump provided.
