Applications
The pump is widely applied to evaporation, filtering, drying, concentration, distillation and crystallization in vacuum state in food, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, electronics etc. It is suitable for pumping various gases and caustic gas without solid particles.

② Tolerance of air pumping rate at ± 10%.
③ The readings of the degree of vacuum in the table refer to the pressure below standard atmospheric pressure. (1 mmHg = 1 Torr = 133.3 Pa, 0.1 Mpa = 750 mmHg).
