FZB self-priming fluoro-plastic centrifugal pump, is a new corrosion resistant self-priming pump employing fluoro-plastic made shaft seal for all parts contacting medium and external bellows mechanical seal, easily operable and adjustable. The pump has a self-priming height of 1-4m (medium is fresh water) and requires no reverse flow, pump priming, bottom valve which other common centrifugal pump require. It is widely applied in acid washing, acid production, alkali production, chemical, pesticide, paper making, electronics etc. Applicable temperature: -20°C~80°C.

All parts contacting medium of the product are made of fluoro-plastic alloy. The product's most noticeable advantage, self-priming, is designed for drawing materials above the liquid level in some special chemical processes. The shaft seal employs external bellows mechanical seal. The sealing surface for wear have four materials optional, i.e. silicon carbide, ceramic, PTFE and hard alloy. The product has such merits as compact structure, easy operation and maintenance and can substitute for immersible pump in some fields.

Applications

FZB self-priming fluoro-plastic pump is widely applied in petrochemical, acid production, alkali production, nonferrous metallurgy, chemical, pesticide, paper making, acid wash, electronics, environmental etc. Applicable temperature: -20℃ ~ 80℃. (105℃ available on special demands)
