Xin’anjiang FZ self-priming centrifugal pump, featured with corrosion resistance and energy saving, is a patented product developed by our company and injection molded with PVDF and RPP materials which are produced by Shanghai Institute of Organic Fluorine Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The product has remarkable mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and scientifically unique structure. The pump chamber consists of priming chamber, storage chamber, air & liquid separation and backflow hole. 

Characteristics of the pump: the priming liquid is required only before the startup for the first time and unnecessary afterwards. The liquid feeding can be intermittent during pumping as long as the medium is fed again within 15min. The mechanical seal requires no water cooling. It is easily operable, safe and free of leak and therefore a best product to substitute for immersible pump. PVDF material: airtight, nontoxic, nonpolar, oxidation resistant, antiaging, good mechanical property, resistant to strong oxidant, halogen, arene solvent, working temperature -40°C~135°C. RPP material: nonpolar, nontoxic, resistant to common acid, alkali and salt, working temperature -12°C~100°C.
