The product has h...FJZJS corrosion resistant water-ring vacuum unit set consists of roots pump (also called mechanical booster pump) as main pump (including middle pump) and water ring pump as backing pump. The product has high degree of ultimate vacuum (150Pa for single-stage water-ring roots pump and 25Pa for two-stage water-ring roots pump and 1Pa for three-stage roots pump). Multistage unit set can be designed according to customer demand for use in advanced fields. There are two types optional, i.e. Anti-corrosive and normal.
This product is suitable for pumping air, caustic gas without solid particles and various suspended particles or solidified organic or inorganic acid liquids (except hypochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid) in vacuum state to obtain higher degree of vacuum in closed vessel.
The vacuum unit set is capable of operating vacuum unit and recovering organic solvent under chemical acid working conditions, which heightens economic benefits as well as minimizes environmental and water pollutions. Electric contact vacuum gauge automatically opens and closes according to the degree of vacuum, thus to protect the motor and appliances and heighten working efficiency. Gas-liquid separator is featured with both gas phase condensation and liquid phase cooling to avoid secondary volatilization of working fluid impairing the degree of vacuum and to stabilize the degree of vacuum system as a result. The working fluid may be water or recovered solvent. The whole system works in a closed manner to facilitate the recovery of organic solvents and to minimize environmental pollutions. Anticorrosion materials are applied to this unit as well as water ring pump, roots pump, segregator, condenser, pipelines etc., which is apparently suitable for such single operations as chemical production, depressurized rectification, purification, drying.
The degree of ultimate vacuum of first-stage roots pump could be 150Pa, of second-stage roots pump could be 25Pa and of third-stage roots pump could be 1Pa. The unit sets can be configured under different working conditions and customizable according to the users’ requirements.

③ The readings of the degree of vacuum in the table refer to the pressure below standard atmospheric pressure. (1 mmHg = 1 Torr = 133.3 Pa, 0.1 Mpa = 750 mmHg)
